1- Network for
business developmentNetwork and Manage relationship with Airlines Principle, Customers, Authorities, related Service providers. with Airlines Principle.
Relationship with oversea partners.
Engagement with Exhibitions, Fair, Symposium... relating to industry
2-Management:
Management over sales teams, reservation team
Set up skill guidance to teams to ensure smooth communication, interaction with Customers, Airlines Principle and related service providers. Proper mix of communication by meeting, phone and e-mail
Relationship with key customer accounts.
3- Customer Satisfaction:
Manage relationship with Airlines Principle, Customers, Authorities, related Service providers.
Set up skill guidance to teams to ensure smooth communication, interaction with Customers, Airlines Principle and related service providers. Proper mix of communication by meeting, phone and e-mail
Guidance for proper dealing with customers in terms of irregularities
Enhance ITL DNA "Extreme Good Will" by its Example and communication.
4- Operation Excellence:
Set up SOP - monitoring - Measuring (by quantitative & qualitative) and proper involvement.
Deployment and monitoring the compliance towards Policies of Airlines Principles, Laws, ITL
Initiatives for operational efficiency, minimizing the costs.
