* Job Summary
- Responsible for managing the pastry section and ensuring high-quality desserts and baked goods across all kitchen operations. Maintain brand standards, consistency, and guest satisfaction.

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pastry section.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Prepare ingredients and operate baking equipment efficiently and safely.
- Produce high-quality pastries, baked goods, and desserts following standardized recipes.
- Develop innovative and seasonal dessert menus.
- Ensure all products are presented attractively and meet brand standards.
- Consult with guests for customized pastry and dessert orders (e.g., weddings, special events).
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper stock of ingredients.
- Order supplies and equipment within budget requirements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Train, supervise, and support pastry team members as needed

* Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry production
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Good team management and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
