Pattern Creation/ Develop Pattern and sample (pattern creation)
Review Fit and improve pattern (Modify the pattern by reviewing the fit)
Understand buyer's Tech Pack and comments in English (Understanding English comments)
Revise Pattern according to buyer's comment. (Pattern development/Fit comments applied and modified)
Properly Apply Grading/ Effective Mini- Marker (roper grading, efficient mini marker)
Cooperate with factory and sales team (Collaborate with sales and production teams)
Items: Ladies Light Woven & Knit (Blouse, Top, Dress, Skirt, Pants, Jacket, etc)

Can read, understand and speak in English (average level)
Basic computer knowledge such Microsoft excel, word, ETC..
