Job Description:
1. Receive models:
Get models from pattern manager, also report the work to manager.
2. Create pattern:
Create pattern by Dimension program base on tech-pack, use the Ai, Corel... then get the files.
3. Revise pattern :
Have meeting with Pattern manager- Dev and after that meeting with customer then revise pattern and create shoes.
4. Create tools :
Create tools same as pattern paper-PVC, stitching gauge, heel- toe mesurement tools, palet zig nosew, cutting die, screen film, screen board, mold, computer stitching's program, emboidery... for each stages GTM1, GTM 2, Line CFM, Line Freeze, Sales sample...
5. Create making shoes process.
Based on customer's sample/request, propose reasonable, complex and rich processes with available machinery of the factory and simultaneously check and edit/change the process accordingly.
6. Create sample shoes :
Make the pulover's shoes for checking before it can work on GTM1, GTM 2, Line CFM, Line Freeze, Sales [protected info]
7. Check :
Check each stage make the sample pattern : cutting, stitching, nosew, lasting...
Follow every stage of shoe special Sale Sample stage ( first sample stage where work at Production Line)
