Purpose of Job:
Comprehensively manage the pattern and 3D tasks, and organize the staff to provide the pattern and 3D information that meets the customer's requirements on time
Các nhiệm vụ chính/ Key accountabilities:
Responsible for coordinating departmental production (including pattern and 3D)
Formulate work guidelines, norms and standards
Monitor the progress of the work to ensure that the tasks are completed on schedule
Coordinate the manpower allocation of team members
Cooperate with customers/factories and related departments smoothly
Able to give suggestion and feedback on what is applicable and production workmanship execution during alignment meetings with the external teams

1. Job qualification
Understand in technical requirements of product
Smoothly use office software Excel, Word, Email, "CLO", "Vstitcher", Gerber, etc
Know how the garment is produced and own the knowledge the workmanship and process
Proficient in sportswear model production and production process.
Familiar with professional knowledge of clothing fabrics and accessories.
Priority:
Used to work in garment industry or Adidas factory is preferable
Number of years of experience: At least more than 05 years experiences in similar position and more than 10 years in Pattern experience
2. Education background
General requirements: College or above
Priority major: Garment technology
3. Computing skill
Good at computer (Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Microsoft Team, Outlook)
Proficient in pattern making software (GERBER) and office software, CLO, Vstitcher
4. Language skill: Listening, speaking, reading, writing in English
5. Personality & attitude
Good ability to read and prepare clothing patterns;
Strong organizational and coordination skills;
Ability to solve technical problems independently;
Work actively, patiently and meticulously, with strong professionalism, continuous challenge and innovation.
