- Develop and revise woven garment patterns according to design and technical requirements.
- Conduct pattern grading, fitting adjustment, and sample evaluation.
- Work closely with Sample Room, Technical Team, and Production departments to improve garment fitting and - construction.
- Analyze garment construction and provide technical solutions.
- Supervise pattern making activities and ensure accuracy before production.
- Support fitting sessions and solve technical issues related to patterns.
- Ensure pattern standards and productivity targets are achieved.
- Train and guide junior pattern makers if required.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 5 years of experience in woven pattern making or technical garment development.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, sewing techniques, and production process.
- Experience in handling woven products for export markets.
- Able to use pattern software such as Lectra or similar systems.
- Good management and team coordination skills (for Supervisor level).
- Careful, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving ability.
- Fluent in English or Chinese communication is required.
