Payable Accountant

Work location: Kien Thanh Industrial Cluster, Hamlet 3, Long Cang Commune, Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam
• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle payment processing for local and/or overseas vendors in accordance with company policies.
• Check the validity and completeness of payment documents, including contracts, Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), VAT invoices, and related supporting documents.
• Record Accounts Payable transactions in SAP system (FI/AP module).
• Monitor and reconcile vendor accounts and Accounts Payable balances on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, HR, Finance & Accounting, etc.) to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing required documents and explanations.
• Prepare AP reports and other ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and relevant laws and regulations.
