Work Location: VSIP I (Ho Chi Minh)
Duties and responsibilities:
Control the Invoice and payment processing, to execute timely and accrue payments to vendors. Including payment term, coordinating with the treasure function and ensure compliance with payment policies.
AP accountant needs to improve the payment process to control the payment system in efficiently and make sure enough cash to pay to vendors as scheduled.
AP Accountant support vendor management activities and ability to assist in resolving vendor issues.
Reconcile expense reports and verify expense details. Evaluate the accuracy in matching expenses with appropriate documentation, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues.
Adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements related to vendor payments, tax withholding, and reporting. Evaluate the ability to ensure accurate and timely compliance with applicable regulations.
Attention to detail in performing the tasks and the ability to accurately record financial transactions, identify errors or discrepancies, and take necessary corrective actions.
