Mô tả công việc
Obtain and maintain all records relating to the preparation of monthly payroll from HR Department including Time Attendance, Master Data, Promotion and Changing Status Report. Ensure all payroll expense has been evidence back up
Review and improve the overall system of compensation, and provide support for consultation with the labor-management council on annual compensation adjustment.
Review and comment for Labour Requisition form based on approved manning plan before submiting to Management for approval
Compute monthly payroll which is made up of the basic monthly salary plus allowances and minus reduction for the signatures of Management before passing to bank.
Assist FM and DOFBS in comparing actual payroll expense as well as manning with Budget
Perform ad hoc report for Payroll expense as assigned
Manage Finance Department Time Attendance as per roster approved by Financial Controller
Conduct all admin task for Finance Department
Assist Financial Controller during Internal and External Audit
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration
At least 1 year of Payroll Calculation Position
