Mô tả công việc
OERATIONAL
1. To process the payroll of all hotel employees in accordance with departmental procedure.
2. To process auto pay system.
3. To update the payroll in accordance with all valid Personnel Action Forms received from the hotel's Human Resources Department.
4. To prepare and submit end of month and end of year Personal Income Tax reports for all employees.
5. To prepare and process service charge monthly and yearly payments in accordance with departmental procedure.
6. To process the month end entry related to payroll and reconcile payroll account
ADMINISTRATION
7. To ensure that all department reports and correspondence are completed accurately and punctually.
Job Description
D. GENERAL
1. To safeguard company assets at all times.
2. To maintain confidentiality in respect to payroll and all related matters.
3. To ensure adherence to internal controls, policies and procedures.
4. To report any breach of internal controls, policies and procedures to the appropriate superior.
5. To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.
6. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
7. To attend briefings and meetings as requested.
8. To have a complete understanding of the hotel's procedures in respect to health, hygiene and safety.
9. To attend all training scheduled, even if this should fall outside of regular working hours.
10. Any other reasonable task as directed by the management.
11. Review some document before submit to FC (if possible)
