Mô tả công việc
Process and code invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
Review and process employee expense reports
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
Assist with month-end close processes and provide support for audits
Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies
Assist with other accounting duties as assigned by the CFO

Yêu cầu
- At lest 2 years in the same positon
- Communicate in English
- Using expertly MS skills.
- Have teamwork skills
- Knowledge of accounting

- Prepare laptop/ desktop, company's car & shuttle bus take employees when has business outside or work at Cobi Home Long Hau.
- Support breakfast, lunch fee: 50.000VND/day.
- Petrol/attendance allowance: 400.000VND/month
- Support tuition for employees' child & language tuition for employees.
- December bonus, funeral & wedding, birthday, annual leave, paid the social insurance with full basic salary.
- Coffee, tea, soft drinks bar in the office. (self-service)
- Discount all products of COBI GROUP.
