BAT VIETNAM IS LOOKING FOR A PAYROLL COORDINATOR & HR DATA ANALYST
SENIORITY LEVEL: Experienced Non-Management Level
FUNCTION: Human Resources

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This Role is a centralized resource to manage the administration of the function to increase the efficiency and productivity of the department resource.
This Role works closely with cross functions and cross entities to ensure the administrative services are addressed in an efficient and confidential manner.
Reports to: Employee Admin & Master Data Management (MDM) Lead
Reporting Level: Mid-Senior Level
Geographic Scope: Local
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Employee Admin & Master Data Management (MDM) Lead Provides Employee administration related expertise, ensuring that all administration processes are executed and aligned to BAT's business strategy and resourcing needs
- Works closely with HRBPs and CoEs to deliver HR strategy, processes and ad hoc project support
- Executes the payroll cycle ensuring all processes and controls are completed on time and resource is planned accordingly.
- Processing of payroll run and all other processes within the cycle, rectifying errors as they occur and escalating if appropriate.
- Works with Finance to resolve issues identified within agreed deadlines to enable Finance to complete reconciliations by the end of period.
- Executes annual processes e.g. pay review, tax year end and oversee the reconciliation of payroll costing and interface files to ensure all are completed within agreed timescales.
- Oversees all activities related to HR data and workforce administration services including by supporting the Business in the transaction of mass data change activity.
- Resolves complex queries which involve a detailed explanation of payroll calculations and or related legislation and validation of payroll calculations.
- Uses HR procedures and guidance available to them to manage the processing of data changes, entry and workflow within technology solutions.
- Ensures compliance with BAT data administration and security standards and oversees the verification of data against appropriate policies and compliance requirements.
- Ensures the confidentiality of personnel records in close coordination with HR Technology Lead and ensures that the appropriate security is in place for accessing HR data.
- Delivers the regular HR data reports.

Yêu cầu
- College/Degree in Business Administration related areas or the other relevant.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll coordination
- 2-4 years' experience in providing clerical support to multi senior managers.
- Good inter-personal skills in dealing with internal and external customers/contacts at all levels.
- Matured sensitivity in dealing with confidential information.
- Experienced in dealing with HRIS
- Strong Excel skills
BENEFICIAL
- At least 2 years payroll experience in Big 4 (consultancy) will be advantage
