PCA is looking for a Payroll Executive (open for Junior) in HCMC Office. The position will be responsible for efficient Payroll, Personal Income Tax ("PIT"), Compulsory insurance, Labor, Tax compliance service to clients from various industries. You will directly report to Payroll Manager.
Responsibilities:
Perform monthly payroll calculations and other PIT/payroll-related tasks;
Prepare PIT calculation, monthly report, PIT annual finalization for local & expatriate staff;
Prepare and obtain tax codes, Social Insurance ("SI") books, Health Insurance card;
Carry out the procedures of SI with the authorities;
Provide assistance in handling labor related-matters;
Assist clients in the preparation of labor contract; and
Deliver the assigned work with quality and timely deliverable
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 1-2 years of working experience in areas of Payroll; C&B in consulting firms.
Fresh graduate is welcomed (being able to work full-time);
Bachelor's Degree in accounting and/or auditing and/or finance;
Understanding of PIT and Vietnamese Labor Law is an advantage;
Good communication in English is a plus
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
