You are a fresher, proactive, high energetic, proficient in excel, Pro in English ..& looking for a good stable job in a professional working environment of Japan?
OK! YOU WILL BE TRAINED & THEN DO THE TASKs below :
-Receive PO/ FC from Sales department
-Check & confirm the procurement of Cold-drawn pipes
-Control the stock data recording system and issue Inventory reports
-Manages monthly/annual physical counts
-Co-ordinator to clear the slow-moving stock
-Supervise workers - cooperate with Production department, QA, [protected info] make sure of production's quantity & quality
-Control Cargoes issue, make sure of delivery be on time & safety
-Manage facilities (Forklift; crane, welding machine, truck...), check condition & propose solution if any
-Warehouse control (indoor & outdoor)
-Detail will be discuss on the interview

-Advanced experience with MS Office especially Excel (Pivot table, Excel fomulars); computerized inventory and production system
-Good in English
