Dedicated to providing full service engineering on new product realization & operational support on board manufacturing operations (SMT and Wave)
Manage NPI deliverables to ensure build is on time; produce goods that comply with product specification and any customer special requirement.
Responsible to capture NPI COPQ (cost of poor quality) and coordinate with Project Management and Development for resolution or creating the process to be value added.
Technical lead support to manage and resolve all process and manufacturing issues on the PCBA area that is related to product and process development.
Product Testing -Lead the execution, maintenance and qualification of Test Fixture developed from customer and or internal development engineering.
Quality: Warrant that NPI is within the Quality Yield Target before its release to MP or an agreed resolution is on plan and agreed by stake holder and necessary COPQ is accepted by customer. Ensure that PPAP are submitted on time as requested by the customer. Reply on any customer concern that is related to product issue.
Efficiency: Warrant that NPI is within the Cycle Time Target before its release to MP or an agreed resolution is on plan and agreed by stake holder and necessary COPQ is accepted by customer.
Support the Project Team in Gates review and New Product Maturity review
Additional roles
- Manage quarterly Business Review for NPI Kpi's i.e. Time to market/ Time to Quality / Time to Profit
- Support continuous improvement activities from both Quality and Production teams.

Yêu cầu
Background - Mechanical or Industrial or Electrical /Electronic Engineering
Experience
Minimum of 5 years managing SMT/ PCBA manufacturing engineering
Experience in SMT: Wave Soldering Process / Board Rework- Debugging / ICT / Functional Board Testing
Experience in Product Realization Process with proof of experience in leading a customer focus team for a smooth product transfer and or realization into mass production.
Knowledge of Automotive practices (APQP / PPAP) is a sure advantage
Exposure of Business review for Engineering and Engineering performance measurement
