Mô tả công việc
1. Administration & Operations (20%)
Provide daily administrative support to Director and teams (scheduling, meeting logistics, document preparation)
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office facilities, supplies, and maintenance
Handle procurement processes (supplier sourcing, obtaining quotes, purchase orders, delivery tracking)
Assist with documentation, record keeping, and other administrative tasks related to HR and office operations
2. HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle (50%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (Sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination and selecting talent)
Design and refine onboarding process for an engaging new hire experience
Maintain accurate employee records in HR system (personal data, contracts, social insurance, PIT)
Manage offboarding processes to ensure compliance with Vietnamese Law and related regulation
3. Training, People & Culture (30%)
Collaborate with manager to design training and career development pathways to employees
Organize 4+ quarterly training sessions (attendance tracking, feedback collection >85% satisfaction)
Oversee training activities from preparation to delivery and measure effectiveness post-training.
Coordinate quarterly team-building activities with budget tracking
Yêu cầu
ESSENTIAL
Minimum 3 years' experience in human resources, preferably in a managerial or senior HR role
Hands-on experience in recruitment, training and development, performance evaluation, and employee engagement
Experience in building HR processes and working directly with leadership teams
