Utilize CRM, loyalty, and customer data to develop acquisition, retention, reactivation, and cross-selling campaigns
Analyze customer behavior, CLV, retention, and
purchasing patterns to identify growth opportunities
Build and optimize audience segments, lookalike audiences, and remarketing strategies
Collaborate with CRM, Data, and Commercial teams to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
Analytics & Insights
Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, CRM systems, and advertising platforms
Transform customer data into actionable insights to improve marketing performance
Prepare regular performance reports and optimization recommendations
Monitor business KPIs including CAC, CLV, ROAS, Retention Rate, Repeat Purchase Rate, and ATV.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Content, Design, CRM, and external agency partners to develop high-performing campaigns
Support product launches, loyalty programs, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
Stay updated on
digital marketing trends, advertising technologies, and platform changes.
