Ogilvy is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Performance Analysis intern to join our Digital & (Social) Commerce team. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in analyzing the performance of our
digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce campaigns across various channels, including social media, search, and e-commerce platforms. You love it, live it and would crawl across broken glass to spend all day working learning about social media across Vietnam & Asia.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Collection & Analysis:
Collect and organize data from various sources, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), search engines (Google Search Console, Google Ads), e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.), and internal databases.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover key insights.
Conduct research with any given topics: market research, competitive analysis, consumer behavior, performance report, etc. to identify trends, opportunities, best practices and generate insightful analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Campaign Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Support on monitoring the performance of ongoing campaigns across all channels.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, including key findings and actionable recommendations to improve results.
Data Visualization:
Create compelling data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Develop presentations to share insights with the marketing team and other relevant departments.
Support Other Marketing Initiatives:
Directly involved in brainstorming you will help generate and create ideas together with the team for campaign development.
Stay updated with the latest social media, livestreaming, e-commerce trends and best practices to incorporate into strategies
Other tasks assigned by Manager to support business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics or a related field.
Last year university students are preferred.
Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Being an active blogger or active e-commerce user and having accounts on more than one social network/e-commerce platform
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with data visualization/analysis tools, such as Excel, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio is a big plus
Pro-active and able to work independently as well as in a team
Ability to use English effectively for work
A can-do attitude and great enthusiasm for learning
