Mô tả công việc
- Monitor advertising and outsourced services expenditure, evaluate plans and budget allocations, and propose optimization for performance marketing campaigns.
- Review and analyze reports, verifying the accuracy and validity of expenditure reports.
- Design and analyze marketing data using database queries (Access/Google Sheet Query), web analytics tools (GA4), campaign management software tools, etc. Regularly assess and recommend optimization for ROI.
- Prepare independent reports on KPI, NRU, NAU, conversion rates, engagement, etc., for leaders to review.
- Conduct ad hoc research, optimize automated reports, and recommend necessary tools to support effective management and growth of marketing campaigns.
- Maintain control over all data and prepare reports on various issues at leaders' request.
Yêu cầu
- Must have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and be proficient in all popular advertising platforms currently.
- Having more than 01 year of experience as a
business analyst is advantageous.
- Having more than 03 years of experience as an
Account Executive for a Marketing Agency is advantageous.
- Proficiency in setting up and using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Data Studio, and Forecast Ads Spend.
- Strong budget management and expense reporting skills.
- Ability to analyze investment efficiency while being sensitive to information.
- Effective communication and questioning skills with coherent and convincing presentation abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships with in-house teams and service providers.
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing and easy-to-understand presentations using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.
- Skillful in designing and analyzing marketing database indicators and producing intuitive, detailed reports.
