Forbes Vietnam community engagements: Create and execute branding and acquisition strategies for the Forbes Vietnam community to strengthen the community's identity, attract more members, and increase lifetime value (LTV).
Ticket Sales Boost: Conceptualize and execute marketing initiatives to maximize ticket sales for our events, leveraging digital platforms, strategic advertising, and compelling promotions..
Subscriber Base Growth: Contribute and implement plan to increase the numberticket buyers and subscribers for our magazine through targeted marketing campaigns across various channels.
B2B Marketing Support: Collaborate with the B2B marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aimed at attracting potential clients and generating leads.
Landing Page Optimization: Optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rates for subscription sign-ups and event ticket purchases.
Email Marketing: Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage subscribers, and drive conversions.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
New Channel Exploration: Stay updated on emerging marketing channels and technologies to identify new opportunities for subscriber and ticket sales growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, design, and branding across all marketing initiatives.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to high-performing campaigns and optimizing return on investment.
Reporting and Communication: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to key stakeholders.

2 years experience in similar positions
Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on driving subscriber and ticket sales growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
Experience in both B2C &B2B marketing and lead generation is highly desirable.
Proficient in using analytics and tracking tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Native Vietnamese with fluent spoken and written English.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Results-driven attitude and a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
