Mô tả công việc
Develop, execute, and measure web conversion campaigns across performance channels (Meta: web conversion, messenger/ Google: SEM, Discovery/...)
Optimize targeting, segmentation, and allocation of budgets across multiple channels to generate revenue with target ROAS
Ensure that leads are converted into paid customers through well-crafted campaigns
Work with internal team (technical, sales, design,...) and external partners in the delivery of activity, from proposals, design, and actual build.
Conducts analyses on the performance against ROAS and KPIs. Estimate profitability of those campaigns.
Develop new and innovative growth strategies
Yêu cầu
2- 3 years experience in performance-based role
Hands-on experience in Facebook/Adwords/Ad Network acquisition
Experience with 3rd party platform (Pancake, Botcake, etc) and analytics platforms (Tableau, Amplitude, etc)
Knowledge of common KPIs for performance such as CPL, CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, retention, etc.
A data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
A creative flair and a keen eye for detail
