Mô tả công việc
- Quality regularly meeting facilities and meeting minutes capture and assignment follow-up (weekly quality leadership meeting, quality daily meeting, weekly module group quality report).
- Prepare the quality report/submission letter for quality senior director.
- Manage the quality KPI for all quality to meet the requirement from HR and ISO.
- Managing and tracking the training plan for all quality
- Managing/Maintenance/Continuous improvement quality portals
- Other assignments or special tasks from manager (coworker with others team, teamwork activities, develop the quality procedures, ...)
Yêu cầu
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages/BA/Marketing.
- At least 3+ years of experience in the same position as Secretary/Personal
Assistant /Translator / Administrator for Executive level
- Strong communication skills to enable effective dialogue with local and international parties across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of problem solving
- Ability to lead team-building initiatives.
- Execellent English (4 skills), good at translation (English-Vietnamese and vice versus)
- Finance and Accounting experience would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); reporting skill.
- Proactive, careful, enthusiastic, trustworthy
