Mô tả công việc
I. Job Purpose
Support Corporate Affairs Director to create and communicate a favorable public image to the company
Provide the monthly update about Viet Nam Politics, Economy, Social, Technology, Environment & Legal (PESTEL).
II. Job Accountabilities
Establish and nurture good relationships with various organizations, partners, agencies, boards, sectors, and local government authorities.
Information gathering and provide reports on Vietnam PESTEL monthly.
Corporate with related departments to manage crisis to Circle K brand (if any) through PR/ media channel under the supervision from Corporate Affairs Director.
Develop proposals and coordinate with related teams and committees to roll out Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) activities nationwide with reports.
Update related Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan/ SOPs/ Protocols/ Guidelines with schedule.
Join relevant provincial trade shows and promote potential local products through Circle K chain or export to Hong Kong.
Manage Corporate Affairs budget with report.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Corporate Affairs Director.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree would be a plus.
Proven track record with 5 years' experience in the same or similar position.
A good communication in both Vietnamese and English languages and a people person.
High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance.
Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success with ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
Prefer candidates with good networking & strong relationship.
