Mô tả công việc
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager
- Acting as a first point of contact, ensure smooth communication from board of management to employees.
- Directs all aspects of personal assistance and secretarial work of GM, maintains the executive office and all matters relating to executive administration in a confidential, professional manner.
- Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them.
- Support projects & perform other duties upon GM request
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Be responsible for:
Assisting General Manager in daily work, you will be responsible for providing all secretarial and personal assistance for General Manager in:
• Responsible for all Meeting scheduling/arranging of GM
• Secretarial works at the meeting when it is required by GM
• Handling and coordinating all arrangement for GM in his trips, training, seminar, event participation
• Reports directly to and communicates with the GM on all executive office matters
• Maintains the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs
• Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with Business Leader and other inter-departmental secretaries/coordinator as appropriate guided by GM .
• Supervises the work of the GM driver
• Day-to-day secretarial work to include typing, filing, faxes and telephone etc...
• Distribution of memos, letters and other information disclosed by GM & PO.
• Arranging internal / external appointments
• Translating incoming letters, documents, articles by request of GM
• Storing and keeping all confidential information
• Preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly operational results for management meetings and regional meetings if any.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by GM from time to time.

Yêu cầu
* Education: University graduate or above, Certification in Administration or HR Management would be an advantage
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in personal assistant/executive assistant duties and office administration. Experience in Garment Industry is a plus.
- Great command of written and spoken English, speaking Mandarin or Cantonese is preferable.
- Good organizational/management skills
- Sound computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
