Mô tả công việc
1. Acts as a receptionist for the Executive Office and, when necessary, other department members, providing assistance to callers as required.
2. Provides administrative support to managers and departments for relevant presentations and/or reports required.
3. Greet persons entering the office, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct/escort to destination.
4. Open, read, and prepare answers to routine letters. Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies. Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondences confidentially.
5. Take and distribute meeting minutes to appropriate individuals.
6. Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc.
7. Transmit information or documents using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
8. Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
9. Update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests. Operate standard office equipment other than computers such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals.
10. Document and communicate all guest requests/complaints to appropriate personnel.

Yêu cầu
Working base at Wyndham Garden Grandworld Phu Quoc.
Degree in Hospitality Management or related major.
1-3 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Proactive, hospitality oriented, spirit of high responsibility.
Well-presented and professionally groomed at all time.
Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
Vietnamese under local contract.
