Mô tả công việc
** Purpose of the position:
To contribute to the achievement of the company's objectives by partnering with the Line Manager in the supervision, coaching and develop of the Medical Representatives so that they will be able to strengthen their competencies to effectively perform their duties and responsibilities.
• Manage, lead and coach a team of Medical Representatives in assigned territories to deliver responsible sales target including: route plan, sales calls, target setting, field work, recruitment, [protected info]
• Implement marketing activities: product training, group meeting, merchandising in the assigned territories to promote Mundipharma products and build company image
• Builds and implements key account management plan, new account development plan in assigned territories to improve business penetration of pharmacy clients
• Ensure a maximum coverage of clients through appropriately allocating territory for staffs.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Analyze and report market intelligence.
• Ensure that all activities undertaking will provide positive role modeling for new representatives and assist new representatives by sharing product knowledge and territory management skills.
• Provide direction and support to optimize staff performance.
• Develop and maintain succession plan and address future staffing issues within the scope of function responsibility in a proactive manner.
• Operate within the relevant Internal & External Codes of Conduct, including SOPs.
• Abide by all local laws and regulations, particularly any local anti-bribery legislation as well as the Mundipharma Promotional Practices Policy (M3P), the Mundipharma Anti-Corruption Policy (MACP), the UK Bribery Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

** Qualifications and Competencies (minimum requirements):
• University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in similar role at multinational company.
• Business acumen and ability to recognize industry/market trends
• Understanding of product knowledge and health care relevant scientific background
• Possess Leadership skills, Territory planning, Negotiation skills, and Presentation skills.
