■Job description
A. To manage and control AM sales activities (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Manage AM sales activities
- Plan and negotiate with AM customers to receive orders and process orders
- Make sales plan with activities details based on orders of managers
- Propose, conduct and take care sales programs/campaign to improve sales volumes.
- Report and make analyses and evaluation sales results for sales target achievement
- Make analyses of market, competitors for proposing new policies to increase the sales.
- Make sales forecast for purchasing products monthly. Based on sales plan and inventory data,
make sales forecast and market demand and make purchase plan periodically
- Management to staff about working time, implementation, [protected info] ensure good performance
from all staff.
B. To manage and control marketing activities
- Manage AM events (Seminar, Racing, Service Campaign, Motorbike care...) based on company
strategy and plan of key customers to achieve target monthly and yearly
- Make market visit plan and visit market periodically (based on visit plan) to know the situation
clearly and smoothly
- Make survey, make analyses and evaluate the survey and events results with accurate report.
C. To manage and take care of customers
- Build good relationship with customers
- Manage list of customers & orders list
- Manage and control POSM for AM customers
- Look for and develop new sales network/customers
D. To control and manage ATS activities
- To conduct ATS activities based on Policy operation FY119
- To make analyses of UPS (Used Spark Plugs Surveys)
- To make catalogues and application chart 2W, 4W, MP
- To prepare and design posters, leaflets related to technique information
- To set up training of 2W and 4W technique for staff and customers
E. Conduct and make others implementation based on order of management team.
- To manage Sales and Marketing staff
- To make comments of EIGS
- To control advertising cost.
- To control travelling cost
-To control over time for all sales and MKT staff
Others assignment by management based on specific situation
■Working time: Mon-Fri:8:15-17:15
■Salary: 34- 44M VND gross (Depends on experience)
Yêu cầu
Gender:Male
Age:35 - 40
Education level:Graduation from university (Economics, business management, Automotive manufacturing)
Language:
_ Fluent English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
_ Japanese skill is not mandatory but preferred
No. of experienced year:
- At least 5 -7 years experience in AM sales for automotive and motorcycle
- Working for Japanese company
Necessary skills
- Make plan, do implementation, supervise plan, report skills.
- Good communication, good presentation and good negotiation
- Good management to staff
- Good time management
- Active, creative, independently working ability, teamwork, high pressure working conditions.
- Honest, faithful, positive attitude
- Good health (frequently travelling for business trip)
