JOB DESCRIPTION
Các công việc chính/Major areas of responsibility:
1. Quản lý hoạt động của các thiết bị đo phòng thí nghiệm, đảm bảo tất cả các thiết bị đều đầy đủ theo yêu cầu.
Manage the operations equipment of laboratory ensuring all works is completed as per requirement.
2. Kiểm tra các mẫu của khách hàng bằng các máy móc chuyên dụng. Làm các mẫu Lap-dip theo yêu cầu cụ thể của
mỗi khách hàng.
Check the samples from customers with the proper instruments. Prepare and fill the report with the samples (lab
dip) to submit to the customer based the specimen required by each customer.
3. Đảm bảo sự hoạt động của nhân viên bộ phận thí nghiệm luôn hiệu quả.
Ensure operation of lab staff is effective and efficient.
4. Chủ động tiếp cân hệ thống cải tiến chất lượng trong nhà máy và các nhà thầu phụ.
Take a proactive approach to improve Quality system in the factory and sub-contractors.
5. Duy trì, xem xét và cập nhật các yêu cầu chất lượng từ khách hàng và Công ty.
Maintain, review and update Quality requirements from customers and Group.
6. Theo dõi và chịu trách nhiệm đưa ra kết quả kiểm tra nhanh chóng và tin cậy trong trường hợp khách hàng trả lại
hàng.
Monitoring and in charge getting quick and reliable results in case of return good from customer.
7. Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm nghiệm các thiết bị thí nghiệm.
Responsible for the calibration of lab equipment.
8. Chịu trách nhiệm bảo trì điều kiện của các thiết bị thí nghiệm.
Responsible for the maintenance and the condition of the laboratory equipment.
9. Đặt hàng và kiểm soát các nguyên vật liệu thí nghiệm yêu cầu để tiến hành thí nghiệm (xà phòng giặt, bộ dụng cụ
kiểm tra vải...)
Ordering and monitoring all laboratory materials required in order to allow tests (laundry soap, fabric testing
kits...).
10. Chịu trách nhiệm xử lý và lưu giữ tất cả các kết quả thí nghiệm được thực hiện trong phòng thí nghiệm.
Responsible for handling and keeping all test results that made in laboratory.
11. Hỗ trợ Trưởng Phòng thí nghiệm, phát triển theo quy trình và yêu cầu nội bộ và đảm bảo nhóm thí nghiệm cung
cấp kết quả chính xác.
Support Lab Manager to manage the Lab operators, develop in-house Lab procedures and requirements, and
ensure the team delivers the right results.
12. Thực hiên các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng Phòng
Perform other tasks as requested by the Lab Manager
Yêu cầu
- At least 5 years of experience working in a laboratory within a dyeing or garment factory, with the ability to manage a team of around 10 members.
- Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to train, guide, and develop team members, and work effectively in a team environment.
- In-depth understanding of color shade matching and physical testing for yarn and elastic.
- Good knowledge of international standards such as ISO, ASTM, and AATCC, GB.
- Familiar with and knowledgeable about ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory management systems.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of conducting internal audits and managing calibration control of laboratory equipment.
