The Job: Photography & Video Producer
Research and book the appropriate locations, talent, and crew to produce brand appropriate photographic and video content which meets all technical and creative requirements.
Work closely with in house copywriters, graphic and product design teams to execute creative concepts consistent with the concept, brand and media platforms.
Negotiate rates based on project budget. Manage all budgets and costs. Track all production expenses including: crews, models, actors, travel, locations, meals and props and wardrobe. Reconcile invoices with the accounting department. Finalizes balance sheets.
Lead and coordinate on-set activities before, during and after photo and video shoots. Manage ongoing accuracy and distribution of shotlists, call sheets and other key production information for all crew and talent.
Oversee signing of all crew and talent contract. Ensure accurate labeling and on-time delivery of all images and video.
Lead pre-production communications to align internal and external teams and relay schedules, creative direction and project specifications.
Source voiceover talent and music for adverts and animated content.
