- Responsible for organizing the first Condominium Conference to establish the first-term BOC in accordance with legal regulations
- Responsible for fulfilling the Investor's handover obligations to BOCs
- Implement the development of operation management plans and management fee unit prices for new projects
- Attend meetings with government authorities and BOC acting as a liaison to ensure effective communication between Phu My Hung and BOCs
- Periodically inspect, evaluate, and monitor the quality of operation management services in neighborhoods without BOC
- Handle complaints from residents and customers regarding the quality of operation management services within the urban area
- Represent the Investor in participating in BOCs
- Coordinate with the Finance Team to review expenditure items from the Maintenance Fund in accordance with legal regulations
- Other duties as assigned by BOD and in line with professional responsibilities
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
- Requirement: A valid condominium operation management certificate
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in building or real estate project management, with at least 2 years in an equivalent role
- Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in successfully organizing condominium conferences
- Thorough understanding of real estate project operation management, including relevant regulations and procedures from the handover phase through operation to project closure
- Thorough understanding of legal regulations related to condominium operation and management
- Preference will be given to candidates with English communication skills
