• Manage the nationwide maintenance team to ensure timely handling of repair requests from the Operations department.
• Manage the maintenance budget and develop monthly/quarterly/annual budget plans.
• Implement and supervise renovation projects for existing branches.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and revenue loss from rooms out of service during repair and maintenance periods.
• Develop periodic maintenance plans for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems across all branches; ensure effective implementation and consistency.
• Establish and manage documentation records for all machinery and equipment across all branches.
• Proactively research and propose solutions for troubleshooting and maintenance to improve service quality.
• Plan periodic maintenance for items such as glass, flooring, air conditioning systems, wall painting, etc.
• Act as the company representative in working with fire protection authorities and emergency/rescue agencies.
• Conduct training and coaching on technical skills and service quality for the Maintenance team.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports in a timely manner.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical &
Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in managing and operating MEP systems in large-scale buildings.
• Expertise in fire protection systems (PCCC) and wastewater treatment for office buildings/apartments.
• Proven experience in managing teams of 20+ staff.
• Strong coordination and building operations management skills.
• Ability to respond quickly and handle emergency or unexpected situations effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Proactive and detail-oriented at work.
• Honest and straightforward in communication.
• High sense of responsibility and willingness to support others.
• Willing to travel frequently as required.
