Mô tả công việc
• Handling of all customs procedures;
• Efficient contact to suppliers/courier abroad and domestic related documentation and shipment;
• Ensure the delivery time of material/finish goods are successful regard to requirement of production requirement;
• Efficient controlling, checking and saving of all related documentation on Import/Export issues;
• Arrange clearance customs shipments according to schedule;
• Efficient to check the customs declaration form, shipping docs and advice to customs broker in clearance custments by shipment;
• Review and prepare the full shipping docs for clearance customs;
• Contact with Ha Noi office, Head Office and subcontractor to get information of shipment in clearance customs;
• Cooperate with customs broker to control the status shipment
• Update customs rules;
• Prepare CO and handle with liquidation;
• Can advice abnormal case with handling method;
• Can work directly with Nam Dinh Customs Authority;
• Reports and other job as assigned;
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade or related majors.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in international manufacturing company.
•Can work well independently or in a team.
•Analysis and logic thinking.
•Good communication, negotiation and management skills.
•A sense of urgency is required.
•Ability to pay close attention to details.
•Fluent in written and spoken English required.
