● Physical Level Floorplan, Placement, CTS, Routing, and validation (ICC2/ Innovus)
● Physical Design Flow and Implementation Methodology development and implementation
● Power Verification PSI/EM/ESD analyze
● Physical Verification (Calibre PERC/DRC/ERC/LVS)
Yêu cầu
● Auto P&R layout and physical verification
● Experience with Auto P&R Tool
● Be able to write Tcl Script
● PSI analysis (Experience with Ansys Redhawk)
● On-chip and system-level signal/power integrity and reliability analysis
● Understand ASIC design flow (RTL to GDS)
● Understand EDA data format (LEF/DEF, GDS, Liberty, STA, SPEF)
● Voltage drop or EM hot-spot analysis of causes
● CPM (Chip Power Model) creates and apply
