Scope of work: Monitor order fulfillment, work order dashboad and material availability to ensure timely delivery
Monitor order fulfillment, lead times, and material availability to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with procurement, US planner team supply with demand
Download wo pick sheets and kitting work documents (follow the document instructions on work traveler) from access database (Vault) and send them to USA printers.
Communicate with the configuration team when documents are missing or up revised.
Oversee work order dashboard for work schedule and progress.
Work closely with planners in the US side to ensure the work order moves smoothly between work centers.
Generate MRP reports.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's or Associate's degree (preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management)
1 year experience in similar position
Thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP.
Proficient in PC computer skills
Good verbal and written English skill. (Preferred)
Good planning and organizing skills.
Able to work independently.
