Planning Analyst - Supply Chain

Main Purpose:
Prepare financial plans and forecasts based on performance expectation and improve the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis.
Accountabilities:
1. Planning:
Bottom-up budgeting for AOP (Annual Operation Plan) and monthly RF (Rolling Forecast) with on time submission and accuracy.
Develop standard template format to collect input from various departments (GP, Logistic, Warehouse, Production, etc.) for financial forecast.
Challenge business performance and hunting for cost reduction opportunity.
2. Reporting:
Ensure monthly actual supply chain financial results synchronized across various platforms and reporting from local/ BU and sector.
Drive continuous process improvement in supply chain financial reporting and analysis.
Month end and year end closing review.
3. Analysis:
Analyze actual result and provide insightful commentary for the root cause of monthly variance (vol, mix, price, fx...) versus forecast and prior year.
Deep dive in cost and perform various analysis for OPEX (transportation, warehouse, overhead cost).
Track KPIs, evaluate productivity project and report on supply chain performance.
