Mô tả công việc
- Making plan to develop shrimp/seafood business in domestic and global sales.
- Make good relationship with reliable seafood companies.
- Support Head Office in Korea in seafood business.
- In conjunction with Management, develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve goals.
- Gathers market data to determine potential market demands
- Works closely with production to monitor product quality and to assist in producing the highest value product possible.
- Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volumes, potential sales, and areas of opportunity.
- Manage only 1 shrimp factory located Hau Giang (regularly visit factory from HCMC)
- In case HQ requests, need to develop other seafood supplier
-Main task: Cooperate with Minh Phu Seafood for acquiring shares
Planning Shrimp business
Plan & make strategy for cooperation with Minh Phu factory & shrimp farm
Mainly working with Minh Phu (factory & shrimp farm share acquisition, planning & Quality manage)
-No plan to develop other shrimp except Minh Phu

- Advanced English skills
(To cooperate with HQ Korea)
- Male candidate
- Have knowledge of shrimp/fisheries.
- Minimum 03 years of experiences in planning, demand planning in seafood manufacturing company.
Personality requirement:
-Preferred male age: 30 to 35 years old
