- Demand Planning
+ Build and maintain rolling demand forecasts by SKU, channel and region (monthly and quarterly horizons).
+ Consolidate inputs from Sales, Marketing, Bike Service, other dependent demand; adjust the baseline for promotions, launches, seasonality and market events.
+ Track forecast accuracy (MAPE, bias) and run root-cause analysis on misses;
+ Facilitate the monthly demand review with commercial teams to reach a consensus forecast.
- Supply Planning
+ Translate the consensus demand into a Master Production Schedule (MPS) and run MRP for materials and components.
+ Work with Production on capacity, line balancing and feasible production windows.
+ Work with
Purchasing on lead times, supplier capacity and risk; coordinate expedites or alternative sources when needed.
+ Run scenario analyses (upside, downside, supply disruption) and recommend mitigation actions.
- Inventory Planning
+ Set and regularly review safety stock, reorder points and target inventory levels by category.
+ Monitor inventory health: stock cover, turnover, ageing, slow-moving and obsolete (SMO); drive corrective actions.
+ Partner with Warehouse on cycle counts, stock accuracy and FIFO discipline.
+ Drive working-capital improvements through inventory optimization without hurting service levels.
- S&OP and Cross-Functional Coordination
+ Drive the monthly S&OP cycle: prepare materials, run pre-meetings, facilitate the consensus meeting, document decisions and actions.
+ Align demand, supply and financial views; surface misalignments and trade-offs to leadership.
+ Work daily with Sales, Marketing, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, R&D and Finance to keep the plan executable.
- Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement
+ Build and maintain planning dashboards and recurring reports (forecast accuracy, service level, stock cover, plan adherence, etc.).
+ Conduct ad-hoc analyses on plan variances, supply risks and working capital.
+ Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, data quality and automation; lead small improvement projects
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics or a related field.
- Around 2 to 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management or a related supply-chain role.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, automotive or e-mobility is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite or similar); comfortable reading a BOM.
- Solid working knowledge of S&OP, MPS, MRP and inventory management principles.
