1. Job Purpose
To support the company in strengthening its management system, operational governance, and business planning discipline, by establishing standardized procedures, approval frameworks, and budget control mechanisms.
This role ensures that company operations are conducted in a structured, transparent, and controlled manner, while supporting management in making effective business decisions.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1. Business Rules & Procedures Governance
• Review current company procedures and identify gaps, overlaps, or inefficiencies
• Establish and standardize company-wide business rules and operational procedures
• Coordinate with departments to ensure procedures are aligned with actual operations
• Maintain procedure system, update revisions, and ensure consistency
2.2. Approval Process & Authority Matrix
• Design and implement company approval workflow
• Define approval limits for each management level
• Ensure clarity of responsibility and decision authority
• Identify bottlenecks in approval flow and propose improvements
• Support implementation of approval process in ERP system.
2.3. Compliance Monitoring & Training
• Develop training materials for procedures and approval rules
• Conduct training sessions for employees
• Monitor compliance with procedures across departments
• Identify non-compliance issues and report to management
• Propose corrective and preventive actions
2.4. Budget Planning & Control
• Coordinate company-wide annual budget preparation
• Review departmental budgets for completeness and reasonableness
• Consolidate and present company budget for management approval
• Monitor budget vs actual performance monthly
• Analyze major variances and follow up corrective actions
• Support rolling forecast updates
2.5. Management Reporting & Governance Support
• Prepare management reports related to: budget control, procedure compliance & approval effectiveness
• Highlight key issues impacting business performance
• Support management meeting preparation and follow-up actions.
2.6. Process Improvement & System Integration
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes
• Propose and support process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with ERP TFT team to integrate approval & budget processes
• Support system standardization across departments
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in: Planning / Finance / Internal control / Business analysis
- Experience in: budgeting, reporting and process improvement
Skills
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Understanding of business operations and financial impact
- Ability to design and improve processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
