Mô tả công việc
1. Business Planning and Management
a. Business Management
• Prepare & update Delegation and Proxy Regulation that governs the authority of internal decision making process
• Follow company's performance execution
• Manpower planning and report
• Review monthly budget
• Reviewing internal manuals and procedures
b. Business Planning
• Reviewing annual business plan (Revenue and expense)
• Conduct cost-benefit evaluation for business projects
c. Contract Management
2. Business Reports
a. Monthly P&L reports (in Korean)
• Carry out revenue / expense analysis and prepare monthly P&L analysis reports (under IFRS and VAS)
b. Other business reports
• Prepare/ clean data of revenue and expense details to update business reports on Power BI
• Build the financial model to evaluate the business results, analyze break-even point, pricing and other tasks of team
3. Others
• Collect and prepare meeting reports and meeting minutes
• Translate and interpret in Korean upon requests
Yêu cầu
• University degree or higher, preferably with major in Finance and other related majors (finance or similar job (audit, financial analyst,...)
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in business planning, corporate finance, corporate strategy or other related fields
• Excellent skill in Excel (experience in Power Query and/ or Power Pivot, Power BI is a plus)
• Excellent communication & written Korean, with experience in preparing report in Korean
• High fluency in business English
