Job Overview:
• Oversee the planning operations in Vietnam.
• Manage supply planning staff and scheduling of material flow to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the master schedule that supports business forecast;
• Responsible for order & shipment follow up with factories & vendors;
• System update, inspections arrangement;
• Preparing production & shipment reports;
• Monitor inventory liability and keep track with SWUS to consume inventory;
• Communicate with Corporate/Regional office for the demand and supply gap, master supply schedule;
• Ensure supply plan is well executed and handle risks and issues related to the planning and inventory;
• Perform ad-hoc project as assigned.
Yêu cầu
• College, technical college or above, with graphic, printing or packaging training;
• University graduate;
• 3 - 5 years' relevant work experience in Hard Toys of Trading/ Buying Office or EMS / FMCG industry;
• Able to work independently with overseas customers and vendors and handle full-range;
• Able to work independently with overseas Planning Team and handle full-range production planning duties. Familiar with capacity and FOB Planning;
• High exposure to high mix and high matrix planning;
• Effective presentation and communication skills;
• Self-motivated, independent, good interpersonal skill and responsible;
• Experience in SAP R/3 system or ERP system required;
• Good computer knowledge; proficient in Excel is a must;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English;
• Conversational Chinese is definitely an advantage;
• Willing to travel to suppliers within Vietnam as required.
