• Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet customer demands and operational targets.
• Create and manage production schedules, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align planning with material availability and order requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize excess stock while avoiding production delays.
• Analyze production data and forecast demand to optimize capacity and reduce lead times.
• Implement and maintain ERP and other planning tools for real-time tracking and reporting.
• Lead and mentor the planning team to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve planning issues promptly.
• Lead IE team to prepare and analyze periodical management reports
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in denim or woven fabric production including spinning planning, textile, or garment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning systems, ERP software, and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with denim / woven fabric manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
Working time: 08:00 AM - 16:30 PM, Mon to Sat (2 Sat off/month)
