Job Level: Staff/ Senior Staff/ Supervisor - To be offered based on candidate's qualification
Responsibilities:
Perform either Product Planning or Product Marketing activities for Refrigerators or Washing Machines for Asia Pacific region with details as follows:
1. Product Planning (Job Code: PL01)
 Plan and carry out Market Research (Gfk analysis, Shop research) and Lifestyle Research
 Conduct analysis of research data or statistic data, benchmark models monthly and make hypothesis of product planning
 Propose new products and take initiatives to follow up "Product Planning Policy" or "Product Development Process" based on hypothesis and research result
 Operate merchandising meetings
 Cooperate and negotiate with related stakeholders such as R&D, Factory, Sales Companies etc.
 Take initiatives to lead product planning activities with PICs of other countries.
 Involve in preparating business plan and mid-term plan.
2. Product Marketing (Job Code: PL02)
Carry out regional Product Marketing for Home Appliances products (Refrigerators or Washing Machines) and liaise closely with factories and sales companies in Asia Pacific region
 Involve in preparing marketing strategies and materials for Asia Pacific Region, making and following business and mid-term plan
 Conduct consumer/ market/ competitor research and analysis
 Perform or support sales and marketing summary/ report and presentation material creation
 Support PSI activities
 Perform administrative support including meeting setup, product arrangement etc.
 Arrange accommodation and transportation for overseas guests.
