Mô tả công việc
Develop shipment plans based on export orders, ensuring sufficient inventory, timely delivery, and correct product types.
Coordinate with relevant departments such as manufacturing, warehouse, quality assurance (QA), and logistics to ensure goods are prepared and packed according to schedule
Monitor and update finished goods and semi-finished goods inventory, as well as packaging plans, to ensure uninterrupted execution of shipment plans.
Identify potential risks in the packing and shipping process and propose appropriate mitigation measures.
Manage shipment schedules and optimize resource allocation, including warehouse space, forklifts, and labor.
Provide regular reports on shipment progress and plan efficiency.
Yêu cầu
Education/Academic: Bachelor's or College's degree preferably in foreign trade, import and export others related.• Experience: At least 2 years' experience in logistic, import and export field.
Language/Computer: Preferred can communication in English. Good at Excel, Words, Power Point and other office computer skills.
Technical Skills/Competencies: Teamwork player.
Behavioral Competencies: Good communication, enthusiasm, responsible at work, high pressure ability.
