Planning Supervisor

WORKING LOCATION
Hung Yen Factory: Lot CN3-11, Minh Quang Industrial Park, Bach Sam ward, My Hao town, Hung Yen province.
Bac Ninh Factory: Lot A3-1, Dai Dong Hoan Son Industrial Zone, Hoan Son, Tien Du, Bac Ninh now, but it will move to Hung Yen within about 1 year.
PURPOSE
Controlling resources (raw materials - supplies - packaging...) to ensure continuous production of the factory, maximum performance and minimum delay.
PRODUCTION PLANNING
Receive purchase orders from Inside Sales team to prepare resources (capacity, materials, suppliers, packaging...).
Management capacity (machine/ mold/cycle times/downtime,..) to ensure full supply purchase orders. Pro-active action plan in case over capacity.
Coordinate production workflow for multiple products.
Daily monitor of goods in stock & Implementation of reporting (day, week, month, quarter, year) as prescribed, must fully update the batch number: for finished products & performance, must warning if which are in stock for more than 30 days & in excess of the target. for raw materials need to be shown in the report of the date of arrival.
Coordinate with accounting inventory periodically & when required.
Tracking gap actual production & production plan to ensure not over stock at WH
MRP
Based on consensus demand and purchase order, place PR to Procurement order material. Management stock/control stock aging
Follow goods in transit with Procurement team to ensure no delay PO affect production schedule
Work with warehouse team to prepare space to keep stock on hand
Tracking actual consumption material vs. BOM to control scrap, make monthly report to stakeholders.
LOGISTIC DELIVERY
Based on purchase order, balance resources confirm delivery date to IS team. Follow production & carry out delivery procedures (delivery note, shipping note,..)
Prepare delivery schedule plan, book truck/cont and proceed paperwork.
Handle issue during delivery process
Perform other duties as required by management.
