Maintain and expand existing plastics resin business with Japanese customers.
Develop new business and new accounts.
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the Customer Service Department to meet customer demands.
Control stock to support sales and delivery commitments.
Handle ad hoc tasks as required by the manager.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in a related major.
Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or above.
Business-level English.
B2B sales experience, with general knowledge of how a trading company operates.
Strong problem-solving skills and a team-work spirit; enthusiastic, dynamic and passionate about sales.
Early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
Preferable: sales experience with Japanese customers in the resin / plastics market.
Probation: 2 months (standard).
