Platform Engineer - DevOps - HCM

What you'll do:
Build & maintain CI/CD pipelines so engineers ship safely through dev → beta → production; manage releases and rollbacks around trading hours
Provision & operate Linux servers on cloud VPS + bare-metal; run containerized workloads (Docker/Kubernetes); keep everything as code (Terraform, Ansible)
Own security end-to-end: server hardening, network segmentation, VPN/zero-trust access, secrets management, least-privilege IAM, patching, incident response
Run monitoring & alerting (Prometheus/Grafana-class) and join on-call for production systems
Backups, disaster-recovery drills, and operational support for databases & messaging
What we look for:
3+ years in DevOps / SRE / infrastructure
Strong Linux admin + networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewall, VPN)
Docker + Kubernetes in production; GitLab CI / GitHub Actions / Jenkins; Terraform / Ansible
Scripting with Bash + Python (or Go)
Hands-on security experience - not just checklist compliance
Big plus: fintech/trading infrastructure, low-latency or colocation, Kafka/ClickHouse, operating Rust/Go services
