Develop and manage preventive maintenance strategies, annual maintenance plans, and schedules for production equipment and utility systems.
Xây dựng và quản lý chiến lược bảo trì phòng ngừa, kế hoạch bảo trì năm và lịch bảo trì cho thiết bị sản xuất và hệ thống Utility.
Lead maintenance planning, shutdown, overhaul, and major maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.
Quản lý kế hoạch bảo trì, shutdown, đại tu và các hoạt động bảo trì lớn nhằm giảm thiểu thời gian dừng sản xuất.
Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs, including PM Compliance, MTBF, MTTR, equipment breakdown, and maintenance costs.
Theo dõi và cải thiện các KPI bảo trì như tỷ lệ hoàn thành PM, MTBF, MTTR, sự cố thiết bị và chi phí bảo trì.
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions for recurring or critical equipment failures.
Chủ trì phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ (RCA) và triển khai hành động khắc phục/phòng ngừa đối với các sự cố nghiêm trọng hoặc tái diễn.
Manage spare parts planning, inventory strategy, and critical spare parts to ensure equipment availability while optimizing inventory costs.
Quản lý kế hoạch phụ tùng, tồn kho và phụ tùng quan trọng nhằm đảm bảo khả năng vận hành thiết bị đồng thời tối ưu chi phí tồn kho.
Develop and control maintenance budgets, including OPEX, CAPEX, spare parts, and external maintenance services.
Xây dựng và kiểm soát ngân sách bảo trì, bao gồm OPEX, CAPEX, phụ tùng và các dịch vụ bảo trì bên ngoài.
Drive equipment reliability, preventive maintenance optimization, TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage contractors and suppliers related to maintenance services, equipment, spare parts, and technical support.

Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance planning/team to ensure technical capability and performance achievement.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Safety, GMP, HACCP, 5S, and company standards.
