PMAX Trainee Program is a fast-track internship program aiming to facilitate young talents with aggressive challenges yet remarkable journey and grow them into competent marketing experts & business leaders. PROGRAM TIMELINE
● Phase 1: Trainee - 3 months:
Onboard - Training & Learning - 100% Project Execution
● Phase 2: Associate Executive - 3 months:
80% - 100% leading project
● Phase 3: Executive - 1 year commitment

Phase 2: 1st Interview with our Solution Head or Functional Manager
Phase 3: 2nd Interview with our Board of Directors (BoD)
Phase 4: Offer
