ABOUT PMAX TRAINEE PROGRAM
PMAX Trainee Program is a fast-track internship program aiming to facilitate young talents with aggressive challenges yet remarkable journey and grow them into competent marketing experts & business leaders. As a part of our Trainee Program, you will get the chance to be a full-stack marketer and be surrounded by a transparent career ladder, top experts in the market, big clients & extensive projects in multi-verticals, and the "bigger shirt" to maximize and optimize your capacity within a year.

PROGRAM TIMELINE
● Phase 1: Trainee - 3 months:
Onboard - Training & Learning - 100% Project Execution
● Phase 2: Associate Executive - 3 months:
80% - 100% leading project
● Phase 3: Executive - 1 year commitment

Phase 2: 1st Interview with our Solution Head or Functional Manager
Phase 3: 2nd Interview with our Board of Directors (BoD)
Phase 4: Offer

● 3rd/4th-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing/Economics/Business
Administration/... or any related fields and able to work full-time
● Good at analytical skills, strong problem-solving skills & critical thinking
● Have good business acumen, particularly marketing knowledge
● Strong relationship building and engagement skills
● Fast self-learning, growth mindset
● Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimistic and positive energy to the team
● Good communication, planning and visualization skills
● English at intermediate level

Competitive salary range with yearly & quarterly incentives after the program, and 13th-month salary
