We are seeking a highly structured and execution-focused PMO professional to drive strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence across GSM's global markets. This role focuses on execution governance, cross-functional coordination, and delivery discipline.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end execution of approved recommendations and strategic initiatives across markets.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, including owners, milestones, and deadlines.
• Establish and manage operating cadence, including weekly business reviews and gate review checkpoints.
• Track and report progress against plan (not activities), ensuring accountability and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Market Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations) to support new market launches, including GTM coordination, operational setup, and issue resolution.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and proactively drive resolution and escalation.
• Maintain and manage initiative tracking systems to ensure transparency and execution discipline.
Yêu cầu
• 6-7+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Strategy Execution, or Operations
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Proven ability to drive execution and deliver results in fast-paced environments
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
• Experience in building governance frameworks and tracking systems
• Fluent in English
