Conduct market and competitor research to identify new product opportunities
Collaborate with suppliers and
designers to develop product concepts and mockups
Build and manage a pipeline of potential products
Define product positioning based on target audience and campaign plans
Write and optimize product listings for global e-commerce platforms
Coordinate with design and video teams to produce visuals and marketing content
Support the Marketing team in optimizing ads and tracking performance.
Yêu cầu
At least 1 year of experience in the Print-on-Demand (POD) industry
Strong knowledge of e-commerce and US-UK market trends/culture
Proficient in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
Good product evaluation mindset with marketing thinking
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; English proficiency (TOEIC 700+/IELTS 6.0+)
Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
Strong aesthetic sense and ability to assess designs from a user perspective
Plus: Experience with AI tools, design/video tools, and additional languages (DE/FR/ES).

Salary: 11-17M VND/month + performance bonuses
13th-month salary; salary review 1-2 times/year
